Pay per head is a service model. A bookmaker rents a complete betting operation, meaning the website, the odds, the casino, the reporting and the customer support behind it, and pays a weekly fee for every player who actually places a bet. The bookmaker keeps the win, covers the loss, and pays his own players.

You pay per active player, per week
$8 on Standard, $11 on Pro. A player counts as active in a week only if one of his wagers is graded that week. A player who logs in and doesn't bet costs you nothing.
