What this page covers
This page is about this website: what happens when you read it, and what happens to the details you send us through the form on it. It is short because the site does little.
It is not about what happens inside the platform. If you run a book on BookiePerHead, the data in your account, including your Player Accounts, is covered by the Terms of Service under "Your data", where it belongs, because that data is yours and we hold it to run the software for you.
BookiePerHead is responsible for what you send us through this site.
Visitor statistics
We use two outside analytics services to see how the site is used: which pages are read, how people arrive at them, roughly where in the world they are, what kind of device and browser they use, how fast the pages load, and whether the form was sent. We look at these numbers in total, not person by person.
One of the two sets cookies in your browser so it can tell a return visit from a first one. Those cookies hold a random identifier, not your name, email or phone number, and they are set by that service's own script, not by our server. The other service sets no cookies at all.
Nothing you type into the form is sent to either service. When the form is sent, the only thing recorded is that it was sent, and in which language.
Neither service is connected to any advertising account, and we do not use what they show us to advertise to you.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics. The site, including the form, works the same either way.
What this site does not do
- Our own server sets no cookies. The only cookies on this site are the analytics cookies described above.
- There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, and no social embeds.
- The fonts are served from this site, so reading a page here does not tell a third party that you did.
- We do not try to identify you, and we do not buy or receive information about you from anyone.
- We never sell, rent or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
That is a statement about today, checked against the code on the date at the top of this page, and parts of it are checked automatically each time the site is verified. If we add anything else that collects information or sets a cookie, this page changes first.
The form, and what you choose to send
The form on this site is the only place we ask you for anything. It asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, whether you already run a book and who with, roughly how many active players you have, and your preferred language. You decide what to put in it, and nothing on this site requires you to fill it in.
When you tick the consent box you are agreeing to this: "I agree BookiePerHead can use the details above to contact me about its software." We use what you send for that one thing: to reply to you and to talk to you about the software.
Alongside your answers we record the consent itself: the exact wording you agreed to, its version (currently 2026-08-30), which language the page was in, and when you sent it. We keep that so we can always say what you actually agreed to, rather than what our wording happens to say later.
The form also carries a hidden field that a person never sees and never fills in. It exists to catch automated submissions, and if it comes back filled the submission is discarded.
Where it goes, and who else handles it
We use outside service providers to help us run this site and respond to you. They handle your information only on our behalf and only for that purpose.
Our service providers are based in the United States, so information you send us is handled there.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as it is useful for the purpose you sent it for: answering you, and the conversation that follows. An enquiry that goes nowhere does not need to be kept forever, and we would rather hold less of it than more.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Call 1.800.414.3611 and a person will pick up. We will not ask you to fill in a form to make a request about a form.
If you asked us to stop contacting you, we will stop, and we may keep the minimum record needed to remember that you asked.
We may be required to keep or hand over information where a law, a court or a regulator obliges us to. If that happens we do only what the law requires, and nothing beyond it.
Age
This site is aimed at businesses and the people who run them. It is not intended for children, we do not knowingly collect anything about anyone under 18, and there is nothing on it for them.
Changes to this page
If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top changes too. Where a change is significant we will say so rather than edit quietly. The consent recorded with anything you have already sent us keeps the wording that was in force when you sent it.
