Active player
A player counts as active only in a week one of his wagers is graded. Graded means settled: won, lost or pushed.
A player who logs in and does not bet is not billed. A player who deposits and does not bet is not billed. A bet placed Sunday that grades on Tuesday is billed in the week it grades.

No. The casino is priced in the tier. Providers who take a percentage of casino action are taking a share of the most profitable thing in your book, every week, forever.
Yes, and so can you. The platform works in Spanish, and the Spanish site is written in Spanish rather than translated.
The rules differ by jurisdiction and we are not lawyers. What we can tell you is what this software is: a platform for an agent, not a book that takes public wagers. Anything past that is a question for a lawyer where you operate.
