Agent management
Every agent on their own sheet. You hold the total.
Agent management in BookiePerHead gives each sub-agent their own players, their own limits and their own weekly figure. You get one view of the whole tree. It is in Standard and in Pro, and the bill stays per active player.
What is a sports betting agent?
A sports betting agent is an independent bookmaker who carries their own book of players: they recruit the players, set each one's limit, and settle up with them every week. The agent is the one the players know and the one who carries the risk. Software like this runs the sportsbook, the casino and the figures underneath; the book stays the agent's.
Their own sheet
Their players, on their sheet.
A sub-agent opens their own players and works them week to week on a sheet that is theirs. What is on it is their book to run, and you can read it whenever you want.
Their players
An agent's players sit under that agent. Opening an account, moving a level, freezing one: the agent does it for their own people, without calling you.
Their own sheet
What one agent does to their players lands on that agent's sheet. Two agents do not share a page, so nothing one of them does shows up in the other's figures.
Still in your view
Every agent's sheet is yours to read, at any point in the week. Theirs to run, yours to see. Nothing on the platform is out of your sight.
Limits that hold
A limit you set is the limit that applies.
Player and sub-agent limits that actually hold. You set a limit on an agent; the agent sets limits on their players. Both are the number that applies, on Sunday at four as much as on Tuesday morning.
A limit is not a suggestion the software makes to itself. It holds until you change it.
By agent
You set the limit an agent can work to. It is the ceiling for everything on that agent's sheet.
By player
The agent sets limits on their players, by sport and by bet type, the same controls you have on the sportsbook page.
Monday
Who owes what, already added.
Every agent's week closes into their own figure: handle, win, loss and the balance they carry. You settle with each agent from their sheet. The total is the sum of them, and the software has already done the adding.
One figure per agent
Each agent's week closes on their own sheet, with their own balance at the foot of it.
Settle agent by agent
You settle with your agents; your agents settle with their players. That is your business, and we are not in it.
The total is the sum
Your week total is the agents' balances added together. It reads the same on Monday morning as it did on Sunday night.
The whole tree
Every agent, from one seat.
One view of every agent, every player under them and every balance, as it stands now, not after the week closes. Your agents see their sheets. You see all of them.
The platform is the same one your agents use, so there is nothing to reconcile between your view and theirs. The figures they see are the figures you see.

Questions
What agents ask about sub-agents
- What is agent management in pay per head software?
- Agent management is the part of a pay per head platform that lets a bookie run sub-agents. Each sub-agent gets their own players, their own limits and their own weekly figures, and the bookie sees the whole tree from one login. On BookiePerHead it is in both tiers.
- Can a sub-agent have their own players and limits?
- Yes. A sub-agent's players sit under that agent, and the agent sets limits on them by sport and by bet type. You set the limit on the agent, and both limits hold.
- Can I see what my agents are doing?
- Yes. You have one view of every agent, every player under them and every balance, as it stands now. Your agents work their own sheets; you can read all of them at any point in the week.
- Is agent management an add-on?
- No. Agent management is in Standard at $8 per active player per week and in Pro at $11. There is no separate agent price on the rate card.
- Does BookiePerHead settle with my agents?
- No. You settle with your agents and your agents settle with their players. We take no wagers, hold no player money and pay nobody. The platform adds up the figures; the settling is yours.

See it running before you move a player.
We set you up with a demo account and walk you through both sides of it, the agent screens and what your players would see, and answer whatever you ask. Nothing to pay and no card to hand over. If it's not for you, we won't chase you about it.
